This 15th edition of the CompScope™ Benchmarks study focuses on income benefits, overall medical payments, use of benefits, duration of disability, benefit delivery expenses, timeliness of payment, and other metrics. It examines how these system performance metrics have changed over the period of 2008 through 2013 (evaluated in March of 2014) and how Wisconsin compares with 16 other states (Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia).
