The Workers’ Compensation Research Institute’s (WCRI’s) most recent report for Minnesota, CompScope Benchmarks for Minnesota, 2026 Edition, was released in April. This report uses insurer claim files to compare Minnesota’s medical payments, indemnity benefits and insurer expenses with those of 17 other states, including Iowa and Wisconsin, from 2018 to 2024.
