Last week, I attended the WCRI conference in Boston, and for me, there was very one clear and obvious takeaway... As much as the challenges with hospital closures, changes in using telemedicine, using triage, using physician triage, having rural areas change, having hospitals in cities and bigger areas close…all of that, to me, was extra stuff…in terms of getting down to the fundamentals that have not changed and will not change.
